After the jump, read about what went on during Marvel’s SECRET INVASION panel. Members of the dias included Joe Quesada, Tom Breevort, Bill Roseman, Christos Gage, Dan Slott, Greg Pak, Fred Van Lente, Brian Reed, Axel Alonso, Jason Aaron, Kevin Grevioux and Andy Lanning.

-Before anything kicked off, the final Kinsey video was shown. No Skrulls were harmed in the making of the film.

- Everyone was given a Skrull mask and was asked to put it on before the panel started.

- Hawkeye and Mockingbird grace the cover of SECRET INVASION #2.

- Thor will be part of SECRET INVASION. Written by Matt Fraction with artist TBA.

- DEADPOOL ongoing by Daniel Way and Paco Medina coming in September.

- Brian Reed will write AMAZING SPIDER-MAN: SECRET INVASION.

- Peter David will be doing an X-FACTOR/SHE-HULK SECRET INVASION crossover.

- A fan asked if the new IRON MAN movie was going to suck. The panel said no, and that the way the relationship between Tony and Pepper plays out is really fantastic.

- The cosmic heroes from ANNIHILATION will be affected by SECRET INVASION.

- NOVA #16-18 will feature the Super Skrull. Andy Lanning also confirmed the Super Skrull was indeed a Skrull. He’s also not happy about being left out of the Skrull plans.

- Michael Turner’s ULTIMATE WOLVERINE has no date yet.

- An adorable little kid asked if the Sentry was a Skrull. Joey Q. responded by saying one of the best things about SECRET INVASION was the idea that any one could be a Skrull.

- Amadeus Cho may or may not be able to use his massive brain to find Skrulls during the crossover issues INCREDIBLE HERCULES #117-120.

- New Warriors take on the old New Warriors in upcoming issues. Also, Kevin Grevioux sounds like Michael Clarke Duncan combined with James Earl Jones with plus 10 bass in his voice.

- The X-Men will kick Skrull ass in Mike Carey’s X-MEN: SECRET INVASION crossover.

- The New Avengers are aware they used to know Spidey’s identity and have forgotten it (thanks to One More Day). This issue will be addressed again soon.

- SECRET INVASION: INHUMANS will tie into SILENT WAR.

- Jason Aaron will only be on BLACK PANTHER for the crossover issues. Aaron says there will be a gritty battle between the Wakandans and the Skrulls.

- There was a lot of silence on the panel when asked about the promise of a new Nick Fury book post SECRET INVASION.

- A fan thanked the panel for not having a SECRET INVASION book written by Jeph Loeb. Many negative “oohs” from the crowd, and many angry stares from the panel.

- We will learn what villains have been replaced by Skrulls.

- A fan asked if Kevin Grevioux would say “Moose and squirrel.” He did. It was hilarious.

- We will learn why the Mutant Registration Act was shot down and why the Superhuman Registration Act was passed.

- Ultimate Spider-Woman will return to the ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN title in the near future.

- Joey Q. believes Namor deserves a great book, but hardly anyone bought the last few series so it’s not really financially a smart idea right now.
