100 Bullets Game Back on Track?

At the Vertigo panel at New York Comic Con this weekend, Brian Azzarello spoke about the long-running and critically-acclaimed series 100 Bullets, which is coming to an end this year. What he didn’t mention, however, is that a video game adaptation of the series may be making its way to consoles early next year. Hit the jump for more info.

NY Comic Con ’08: Interview with Neal Adams

We were lucky enough to get a few minutes with the legendary comic creator Neal Adams at the New York Comic Con this past weekend. Take the jump to see what was on the man’s mind as we cover creator rights, why there aren’t more social issues tackled in today’s comics and Neal’s next big project (here’s a hint- it’s Batman).

New York Comic Con 08: Devil’s Due Presents – Milo Ventimiglia and Russ Cundiff

In case you were wondering, no, I did not go to this panel just because Milo Ventimiglia was there. I am a professional, after all. Not that I was opposed to his presence or anything. New York Comic Con 08: Vertigo Voices – Through the Looking Glass

Yesterday, I attended the second Vertigo panel here at New York Comic Con. Unlike the first panel, this one focused entirely on original graphic novels. Once again, the panel was led by editor Karen Berger, with panelists Becky Cloonan, Brian Wood, G. Willow Wilson, Josh Dysart, Matt Johnson, Dean Haspiel, Jonathan Ames, and a couple other names I couldn’t catch, sorry guys! Hit the jump for the full report.
NY Comic Con ’08: Venture Brothers Panel

There are very few shows on television I must watch the moment they air. One is LOST. Another of my personal favorites is Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick’s hilarious VENTURE BROTHERS, which airs on ADULT SWIM. It just so happened both Doc and Jackson would be at the NY Comic Con along with several cast members, and just like the show, there was no way I was missing this panel.
NY Comic Con ’08: Top Cow Panel

Take the jump to see just what I learned from the TOP COW panel I was able to attend thanks to an unnecessary amount of overcrowding at the New York Comic Con.
