Baltimore Comic Con 08: Day One
Want to know more about how our first day at Baltimore Comic Con 2008 went? Hit the jump for a recap and a glance at the sales floor, as well as a hint of what’s to come. The con might be half over, but we’re not even close to being done.
As you may have already read, we took in several panels today–DC Nation, Top Cow, Dark Horse, and Marvel’s Cup of B (coverage of which will be up soon). In between all those panels, we spent some time talking to the convention-goers, like these guys.
And just so you know, we’ll have interviews with Un-Men artist Mike Hawthorne, Skaar: Son of Hulk artist Ron Garney, and X-Men Noir artist Dennis Calero up soon. We’ll also have video interviews with Marvel editor Tom Brevoort, Ahmet Zappa of Kingdom Studios, and Marvel artist Barry Kitson available early next week. And if that’s still not enough for you, we’ve got the Bendis/Kirkman debate on film, and you know you’re gonna need to see that. And all that’s just from today. We still have one whole day left.
