Coming to a Shelf Near You: An Interview with NECA’s Randy Falk
On November - 20 - 2008

Last week, we had a chance to visit the NECA office/studio to see what they were working on, and to get a glimpse of the process involved in creating some of the most detailed figures on the market. While there, Randy Falk took time out of his busy schedule to sit with me for an interview. Here for your viewing entertainment is the video of that interview, as well as glimpses into future NECA products, and the process of how many of their products come about. Hit the jump to see what Randy had to say.
We were sure to take tons of pictures while we were there too. Check back later today for an even deeper look into the creation process, and products you can expect from NECA in the coming months.

Neca rocks, I love the 12inch and 18inch scale figures. The character selection is off chain my question is will we SEE any black sci-fi, horror, or video game characters in LARGE SCALE in comming years. I know Ali is the greatest, but this is the 21st centry. Will(I am legend)smith, SAM Jackson (Pulp Fiction, Unbreakable, Afro Samurai, Candy ,Shaft, Pitch black(Riddick)these are just a few suggestions because I know there is a market and a fan base that will support NECA in these changing times.

It would be nice if NECA would update their website and Myspace and answer e-mails.
People started to think they were dying.
