In case you haven’t heard, Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim is being adapted into a feature film with the likes of Michael Cera, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Brie Larson. The website just went live, and you can now get updates like this video blog from director Edgar Wright.

Having just caught up with the series, I’m really looking forward to seeing just how much of O’Malley’s unique brand of characterization and storytelling makes it into the film. I know I’ll be checking the site for updates all the time since I really enjoy the book, and if this first video is any indication, we’ll be getting a nice look at the creation of the adaptation, and I’m a sucker for behind the scenes stuff.
