One of the books that piqued my interest at Wizard World Philly 09 was Awakening, the Archaia-published zombie noir written by Nick Tapalansky with art by Alex Eckman-Lawn. A trailer for the graphic novel appeared on the internets today, so check it out.

It’s a little unusual for trailers to be made for comic books, but hey, this isn’t the first time. It really captures the tone of the unique zombie book in a market full of zombie books. I picked up Awakening at Wizard World and I’m enjoying it, anyone else looking forward to the hardcover’s July release?
