Batman Beyond Returning in Comic Form
I was a huge fan of the Batman Beyond cartoon series, so imagine my excitement upon hearing that Terry McGinnis was coming back! Read on if you want to know more about next generation’s Caped Crusader.
After hearing countless requests from fans about a Batman Beyond series, DC’s Dan DiDio has finally responded with some good news: Terry will don the neo-Batsuit again in 2010, according to Newsarama. “There will be a Terry McGinnis mini-series early next year. We’ve heard the fans, we’ve heard everyone’s interest. And right now we’re planning to put out a Batman Beyond mini-series in 2010.”
Hell. Yes.
Batman Beyond was an excellent show, and I’m psyched to find out what Terry and the next-gen crew are up to. If you’re a Batman fan, I highly recommend picking up the show on DVD in the meantime; I did so recently, and it holds up well.
Nice, I was a huge fan as well (and I don’t even like Batman, lol): used to watch it everyday during lunch when I was a kid.
